Schönes altes Schloss mit Bauabschnitten aus vielen Epochen. Wird immer noch renoviert. Es gibt gelegentlich Führungen mit Anmeldung.

Von aussen denkt man" wie jetzt, schon alles?" Drinnen wartet eine Entdeckungsreise die ebenso mittelalterlich kulinarisch überrascht. Ebenso den Abenteurer in dir weckt. Auch das kulturelle kommt hier nicht zu kurz. Ich kann nur sagen: Weiter so!!
Wer sich erstmal durch die original erhaltenen Gänge gearbeitet hat und den Turm erklommen hat, wird mit einem wunderbaren Rundumblick über Mühltroff belohnt. Da die gesamte Restauration im Eigeneinsatz privat durch Spenden finanziert wird, möchte ich jedem Liebhaber von deutscher Geschichte ans Herz legen nach dem Besuch in der Box zu spenden.

Wunderschöner kleiner Weihnachtsmarkt am 1. Advent. Die Stimmung dort war richtig besinnlich. Highlight war natürlich die Live-Musik in der Alten Küche bei Kaminfeuer, Glühwein und Roster.
