This place is a sensory nightmare. Constant noise to the point where you couldn’t have a conversation even if you yelled back and forth. Earplugs do not help either.
The workers are nice but the whole atmosphere completely sucks.

This place now has the worse bag policy. Only small wallets can be bought in. Don’t always have clothes with pockets. No way to carry keys, phone, wallet. Loved going to games and events here because it was so close. Now I will pass and spread the word. Does suck because I WAS excited for the new management but now feels worse.

Hard to find the parking entrance. $10 to park. Hard to find the main entrance. Long line to enter leading out side. Very uncomfortable when first entering the building because it was so cramped with people. No organized line to enter the metal detector. Not sure y the vendors need a tip. $7 for a bottle of water and a Gatorade. Very clean. Good entertaining spoke personal. High end tech to show scores and rosters

Very nice facility, we went there to watch a semi pro basketball game and it was a really nice place. Not really a bad seat in the entire facility, easy to get to and ample parking also. Overall I would say that it was a very nice place to visit and I would go again for sure.

Fun place to watch a Wisconsin Herd game. Was smaller than I expected, felt like a high school gym, but holds 3500 people. There are about 10 rows of seats and then another 10 or so rows of bleachers behind them. It was cool being so close to the floor and the players.

Not a great food selection, but plenty of beer and liquor options. The concession workers seemed clueless, they may have been volunteers from some charity. There is a small Pro Shop, but not a great selection.

The game was sold out, but still easy to park and get in and out.

NOTE:. They do not allow bags or purses, so remember to leave them in the car. This was not mentioned n the website.

It's cool that they open it up to high school basketball games.

Was also there for Nelly a couple of years back, and that was awesome.

The arena presents itself well with an updated curb appeal. It isn't an overly large facility so all the seats are not too far from the arena floor. Expect long lines for food and beverages because there are only two food areas. They do have food trucks outside for some events and you are allowed reentry with a good truck purchase. Two local breweries had beverage stations set up in the concourse along with beers and other beverages available in the arena food areas.
