Sehr gepflegtes, modernes Hotel am Rand von King of Prussia. Rezeption und Check-In sehr freundlich und professionell. Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf der Club-Etage gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. ||||Grosses, sauberes Zimmer mit sehr grossem Badezimmer und sehr gepflegter Einrichtung in dunkelem Holz. Die Klimaanlage war leise und gut zu regulieren. WLan auf dem Zimmer war elend langsam.||||In 5 Minuten Entfernung sind einige Restaurants - wir waren im Chillie`s - sehr zu empfehlen!||||Frühstück - sehr lecker mit allem was man braucht, Eier, Müsli, Toas, Bacon, Obst....- nahmen wir im "Club-Room" ein. Sehr ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre - sehr zu empfehlen.||||Da wir kein Upgrade erhielten entschied ich mit für freies WLan und Punktebonus.||Ích würde das Hotel wieder buchen!

Das Ambiente ist angenehm zurückhaltend, etwas kühl aber nicht extrem kalt.||Sowohl von der Temperatur as auch von der Möblieung.||Personal an der Receptin und in den Konferenzräumen sehr proffesionell und sehr kunden-orientiert.||Kleines Manko: die Klimaanlage liess sich nicht regulieren. Naja, etwas Regulieren schon : ON und OFF.||;-)

Modernes Business Hotel neben der King of Prussia Mall. Grosse und saubere Zimmer. Nettes Personal. Gut zu erreichen und direkt daneben ist die King of Prussia Mall, die 2. größte Mall der USA. Ca. 30 Minuten vom Flughafen Philadelphia entfernt, wenn kein Stau im Valley ist.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton for a writers retreat with my friends. We had a wonderful suite that accommodated just a few of us but it was extremely comfortable. The spacious living room, the cleanliness of the bathrooms, and the friendliness of the hospitality really made all the difference. ||||We were all pleasantly surprised that everyone was so nice, Alayna in particular made sure to provide us with enough bedding, and assist us with getting access to the internet. The extra attention was appreciated, she truly went above and beyond. ||||Looking forward to our next retreat!!!

Very comfortable beds and nice breakfast area. All the staff was friendly and accommodating, including Randy who checked us out and the wonderful lady who was working the desk the afternoon/evening on 1/3 (sorry I didn’t get her name!).|Only note - hot tub wasn’t super hot and the pool room needs better lighting! Still very pleasant.

Conveniently located close to interstate 76. Looks like there’s a lot in the area. Service was very fast into the hotel. Was not very impressed with the parking locations. But the rooms and the hotel are immaculate. Everything is well kept not run down at all everything is very modern. The beds are very comfortable. Lots of good lighting in the room and it has a nice TV.

I was in the area for work and needed a place to stay. I walked into the lobby and was greeted by a smiling Front desk attendant named Franchesca. She is the quintessential example of superb customer service. ||||She was helpful, accommodating, friendly, polite, and the perfect insight to what the rest of my stay would be.||||The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had hot enough water to sooth my work related aches and pains.||||The hotel bar staff was friendly, and the food was good. ||||This was my first time staying at the Sheraton Valley Forge, and because of the fantastic welcome and service I received from Franchesca, it won't be my last. ||||Every hotel should have the customer centric attitude shown at the Sheraton Valley Forge. ||||Thank you Franchesca for making my experience PHENOMENAL!

Bino and Randy ant the Front Desk are awesome! Very hospitable and friendly. Very nice hotel and great area as well. Whenever I’m in King of Prussia this place will be my first option! Also an operational pool and whirlpool were a great bonus feature to have and enjoy!
