Saw the Anderson Paak concert it was awesome! My first time at this venue. Parking on the grounds was 50 bucks, so I parked a walking distance away for $30.A church at the top of the hill. They stayed and watched the cars, so that was a plus. The further you don’t mind walking the cheaper parking will be.

The venue has plenty of food choices, an opportunity to by fan merchandise, and take pictures and selfies. It was a great experience.

Went to the Queens of R&B concert, which was great. Initially hated the venue because of the level of unorganization in regards to the parking. Some people paid, and some people didn't. Workers there didn't have information about prices for each lot. Once we got in, I was pleasantly surprised at the venue. The lines to rent chairs and order drinks/food were crazy long. The grass on the lawn was perfect for using a blanket, so that's what we did. We stood up, singing and dancing half the time anyway. The drinks were highly priced and not great by far. The size of the lawn is amazing, and it doesn't seem like there is a bad lawn seat at all. I wouldn't consider buying any other seat options. The lawn was very romantic. It made the experience more authentic. Next time, I'll get there about an hour early in order to get free parking and a center lawn space.

I didn't mind sitting in the grass all hippie style and stuff. That's fun. I'd leave a 1 star review if sitting in the grass sucked. The staff was okay. Not overly friendly but they all did their jobs well and weren't rude or nothing. The sound however was terrible on the lawn. Horrible! There was too much delay between the front and back speakers. This caused an echo effect that lasted through all 4 bands. It was bad enough that we couldn't tell what song was being performed until we picked up on enough words to figure it out, even on popular songs we know intimately. The echo/delay issue was bad enough to take this review down at least 2 stars.

Last time I was here we saw Wu-Tang clan and Nas. It was pretty good. This time we are seeing The Marley Brothers Legacy. My favorite being Damian, he is so talented. Everyone was jamming and singing along. It was great to see. The trick to have a good experience at this venue is buy everything in advance, including premier parking. Arrive early, That gets you right up by everything. The only downside is it can take forever to get out of there. Make sure to take your time leaving and maybe sit in the car and chill. This is while everybody else scrambles to get out. We waited for a bit and then when we left there was no traffic.

WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO LAKEWOOD EVER AGAIN!!! My husband and I had tickets to the Queens of R&B show on Tuesday, July 16. We left our home in Braselton 4.5 hours prior to the concert leaving ourselves enough time to arrive by 6:30,30 minutes prior to the start of the concert. We made excellent time to the Lakewood area where traffic came to a grinding halt. It took us 2.5 hours to go 3 miles. Had we known ahead of time we wouldn't have paid extra for the Premium parking at a whopping $50! They had 1 police officer letting people into the Premium parking lot. If you didn’t have a pass already you had to turn around IN THE ONLY entrance of the Premium parking lot! Because Lakewood, because LiveNation, and because the City of Atlanta failed to plan for this event hundreds of cars were stuck in this immovable traffic jam. Thousands of us missed multiple acts. My husband and I didn’t get to our seats until after 9:30 to a concert that started at 7pm. Leaving the venue was not any better, it took us about 1.5 hours to get to the expressway. The portion of the concert that we were able to see with Xscape and SWV was amazing, they put on an incredible performance. The most disappointing part of the evening is thinking about the other events that come to Lakewood and knowing that had it been an event where the fans were of a “whiter complexion” you would have ensured that the traffic flowed properly, and nobody was left waiting outside the gates for 2.5 hours to get inside. Lakewood should be ashamed of themselves and should be refunding ticket costs, at least part of it. Whomever is in charge of your traffic set up needs to be fired.

Real nice place for a good concert. We visited the theater for 5FDP and MM. It realy worked for both of them, good sound and a nice light show. Having a seat does not work 100% because most people stand up as soon as the band starts playing. Drinks are a bit expensive paying 29,60 dollar for 2 drinks.

Bem grande, fui em um show do RBD e gostei bastante! Tudo muito limpo, estacionamento grande também, vários banheiros, e tem a área coberta (onde tem cadeiras fixas) e a área não coberta (onde fica o gramado). Amei a experiência!

I loved this venue. It’s easy to get to, entry as simple, the setup is fantastic, etc. I saw Anderson.Paak and the Free Natl this month. My only only complaints are…the drinks. There should be better drink options, at a cheaper price (and the bathrooms are old, falling apart and dirty.) I would still 100% go back. Staff was very friendly and helpful
