I’ve had one of the most frustrating experiences with AiSensy, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal. From the outset, their support has been completely unreliable, and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare trying to get any assistance.

I had an urgent issue with their platform and made over 10 calls in a single day—morning to evening—but not a single one was answered. Imagine running a business and not being able to reach the team you rely on for support. To make matters worse, their email response time is abysmal. Even when they do reply (after repeated follow-ups), their answers are vague, unhelpful, and lack any resolution.

This kind of service has caused massive disruption to my business. Customers rely on us, and we were depending on AiSensy to ensure smooth operations. Instead, their incompetence and poor communication have left us struggling to maintain trust with our own clients.

If you’re thinking of using AiSensy for your business, I would strongly advise against it. They do not value their customers, and their support is practically nonexistent. You’ll waste countless hours chasing them for answers, only to be left frustrated and disappointed.

There are many better alternatives out there that actually care about their customers and deliver on their promises. AiSensy has proven to be a complete failure in my experience, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Save yourself the headache and avoid AiSensy at all costs. It’s not worth the money, time, or the stress of dealing with such poor service.
