Purchased a Cub Zero Turn late last year and had the mulching kit installed at THEIR shop prior to delivery. When I first used the mower, I installed the bagger kit with all of the leaves we have around here.

Fast forward to using the mulching kit a couple of weeks ago. I found out that the kit must have either a faulty pin to engage the deck or the holes in the plug may have been misaligned which led to grass shooting straight up out of the plug (big hole between the two).

The first young lady checked my purchase out and did her best to try and help me with her technician coming out and giving me another pin to install. Unfortunately, it turned out to be for a rider and not a Zero. Took it back and tried to work with them on getting a new plug through warranty (had CLEAR pics of EVERYTHING).

The young lady deferred to the other lady in there (who initially sold me the mower) and after waiting approximately 40 mins, she told me quickly that to warranty the part (which they installed and was faulty), she had to have the mower back to do a warranty claim by a certified technician. (I don't have a trailer)

This isn't my first rodeo as I have PLENTY of experience in service warranty and what you can do as the RIGHT thing for a customer.

I asked if a certified technician could swing by my house and look at it (6 miles away), and was met with a solid NO. I also asked if I could get detailed pics of EVERYTHING so they could submit the warranty claim - another NO.

What was offered was for them to pick up and deliver the mower back ($50 maybe x2) for a $40 part which was faultily installed by them! Ridiculous!

I thought they knew what good customer service was, but alas, I was mistaken. Good luck on ANY warranty you have there as is my belief as they are only out for the bottom line on their P&L!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I took a chainsaw to them that was not working properly and they fixed on the spot and would not let me pay for it, despite my repeated offers. I have bought firewood from them for years, but will be a customer for any other services they provide going forward.

All Seasons needs weekend hours. Incredible that they don't. I've read many reviews admonitioning them for slow repairs and repeat attempts at repairs. Other businesses close on Mondays to offset Saturday hours. Why don't you?

I own a tree service and lots of saws and I depend on the saws to work. I take my saws to the saw shop when they break. Do not bring yr equip to this place to repair yr saws. They forget to put gaskets on the head when making repair I had to bring saw back several times and my pole saws the same thing they say they repair them but they run awful bad new carbs put on saws and it won’t work had new parts for two pole saws they don’t work and my riding mower … I had to bring my mower back 3 times after they said they fix it and it won’t run. Funnily I decide to stop bring my things there for repair because they don’t know what they are doing and the mechanics are problem hi if they forget to put gaskets on when installing a new piston.. do not bring yr stuff here . I gave them benefit of doubt many times but this last time was the final … I paid a bunch of money for pole saw to run again and well it still doesn’t run I bring it track to them and Tracy tells me it’s been two months since we made repair and I say I have 5 pole saws and they use the other pole saws and when we finally need it and get to job it won’t work cause y not fix it. The chain won’t spin . I decide to never go there again. Which is awful because they have great products and the staff is so nice. Tracey is great person and so is the other guy at the desk.
Is a great place to buy stuff but this is not a place where u want then working on yr stuff !

I'm a new customer here and they seem great so far, so they're a five-star for me unless they demonstrate otherwise. They seem confident of their observations on what products are higher or lower quality. They offer service for power equipment though staffing results in significant wait times- my trimmer was there for three weeks before they could get to it. But they warned me it could be a month so that's fair. They sell a significant variety of power equipment and at first glance it seems to be generally focused on somewhat higher quality tools that will be worth the somewhat higher costs. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and pretty good at communicating. Thank you!
