They did a home inspection on my roof that was walkable and then said I had less damage than what was there. Had a reinspection from a person and then got my whole roof replaced. Wouldn't recommend this company or if they do show uo call insurance company for a reinspection

Incorrect information in report to Prospective Homeowner insurance. The inspector arrived on-time and seemed pleasant enough, told us we had a beautiful home and not to worry, everything looks great. He went on about how easy and fast our inspection was because everything is in such good condition and clean and how other inspections can take hours. Then he gives a report to our prospective homeowner insurance with ridiculously false information like the roof appears to be 15-20 years old, we literally just got a new roof this year and we told him about just having the roof replaced. Our insurance agent, who saw the report, says its badly done. I do not recommend this company based on our experience.

Yang texted me 4 days prior to his arrival to do the house insurance inspection . When I asked him for a different time because we aren't available at that time he choose , he declined with a nasty attitude that will send me a link an do the internal inspection my self and send it . Absolutely unprofessional . Next time I will never buy from the same insurance company that hired those lousy company .

A representative came to my house at the request of my insurance carrier. He took some liberties I can’t imagine were what this company was asking of him. If this person represents Bees then they clearly will hire anyone. I would not feel comfortable letting them in my house.

Adam was 35 minutes late with no phone call indicating a delay. I called and texted him with no retrun message or call. When I said something to him about being late he said I was disrespectful to him. NO, he was disrespectful to my wife and I who were waiting to go to work. I have personnaly done hundreds if not thousand of 4-point insurance inspections and I am a licensed insurance adjuster, I would never not call my clients informing them I was running late. To add insult to injury he parked in our yard when I have an empty 4 car concrete driveway. This service is a joke and this company needs to vet their contractors.

I only receive texts and emails from this company. No contact numbers provided. Why the heck can't they just call me ? Simple communication is required to make a simple appointment.

0 stars. First off, I was not informed anyone from this company would be calling me. Once they called several times I said they could come over. A guy showed up knocking on my door and ringing the doorbell with setting a time for an appointment. My wife and I both working from home couldn't answer the door. I was willing to let that go. Then, after he finished his inspection I had to leave. He text me a bit after saying he left his boot covers at the house and helped himself in my garage without permission. If he shows up on my property again I will call the police. Unprofessional as it gets. I am so offended. My wife was home when this happened and I'm considering suing because she was scared to death this man just went into our garage without permission. Update. Doug haman is the rep who entered my property without permission.

Our BeeS360 “Home Inspector?” was a total disaster. He is not an "inspector" by any stretch of his imagination.

His sole function is to photograph every room, every closet, from every angle in every room and send these photos back to BeeS360 in the form of an APP which appears to be his guiding light.

If you are ok with the possibility of all your belongings, all the exits and entrances to your home, your security system, placement of sensors and cameras, the model and location of the security control panel; if you are ok with these photos ending up for sale on the internet then allow him in to your home.

I refused and the insurance company cancelled our homeowners insurance!

If this continues we are giving up any right to Privacy and Security in our own homes.
