CPS कैसल सिविल लाइन्स में एक अच्छी जगह पर स्थित है। इसका क्षेत्रफल बड़ा है और यह परिवार, मिलन समारोह और किसी भी प्रकार के समारोह के लिए अच्छा विकल्प है। यहाँ काफी पार्किंग की जगह भी उपलब्ध है। कुल मिलाकर यह एक अच्छा पैकेज है।

लेकिन इसके कुछ नुकसान भी हैं। यह थोड़ा महंगा है और वहाँ के वेटर्स और प्रबंधन स्टाफ का व्यवहार काफी रूखा है। वे समय के पाबंद हैं और आपके मेहमान देर से भी आएं तो उन्हें कोई परवाह नहीं होती। हमारी सगाई का कार्यक्रम वहीं था और जैसे ही घड़ी में 8:30 बजा, उन्होंने बिना सोचे-समझे स्टार्टर हटा दिए, चाहे सगाई अभी चल ही रही थी। उसके बाद सीधे डिनर परोसना शुरू कर दिया। वे बस अपनी ड्यूटी खत्म करके जल्दी जाने की कोशिश में रहते हैं। और 11 बजते ही उन्होंने सभी पंखे और लाइट बंद कर दीं, भले ही हम वहाँ बैठे हुए थे। तो ये कुछ चीजें हैं जो ध्यान देने योग्य हैं।

CPS Castle is located at a convenient place in Civil Lines. It has a spacious area, making it a good choice for family gatherings, events, and functions of any kind. There is ample parking space as well, which adds to its appeal. Overall, it offers a well-rounded package.

However, there are a few downsides. It's somewhat expensive, and the waitstaff and management there can be quite rude. They are very strict about timing and don't accommodate guests who may arrive late. We held an engagement ceremony there, and exactly at 8:30 PM, they removed the starters without regard for the ongoing engagement ceremony, and immediately began serving dinner. They seem focused on finishing their duties quickly. At 11 PM sharp, they turned off all fans and lights, even though we were still sitting there. These are a few things to keep in mind.

Cps Castle.....❤️this is literally a castle and that day i think will be the one of the most memorable day...

Now to talk about the ambiance, so it was really best and this area is very spacious. The garden and selfie point was too good and lovely... The inside hall was very clean and it is really a perfect place to celebrate ? a day....

Not talking about music system. The DJ of that day was awesome and the mic system were too good. The DJ floor made our night a moment one...

Now talking about food. Food was really very delicious and we could see the quality was much better than other hostels we visited.... The area was very tidy so 10 out of 10 to food system..

The workers were very polite and of helpful nature....

Finally i can say it is also a perfect place to celebrate a day...

Good tests of food, service is superb there I feel totally excellent because of service and place. Go for it. They have big parking area. Guard have also good behavior

People are rude there...no hospitality at all arrangements are so bad
Stage was made of pieces of wood and feels like it will fall at any time
We paid dj for like 6 hours and he packed up and went without informing after 4 hours also we cannot play the music of our choice
They have charged 7000 rupee for a farewell party decoration and decoration was so bad like their decoration was not even of 500...they have told us that they will decorate the full stage and banquet but they not even decorated half of the stage.....in the name of decoration they have tied three balloons on the wall...like seriously for 7000

Lawn can accommodate upto 300 guests in seating and 500 guests in floating. Hall can accommodate upto 50 guests in seating and 80 guests in floating. food is served at this venue. Features of this wedding venues are : Food provided by the venue, Non-Veg allowed at the venue, Alcohol allowed at the venue, Outside alcohol allowed at the venue, Halls are air Conditioned, Baarat allowed, Fire crackers allowed, Hawan allowed, Overnight wedding allowed, Decor provided by the venue,

They are completely cheat and fraudulent people. Anil Mishra (So called MD) and Abhishek Mishra both are fraud who took 2.5 lakhs from us for one day venue and then gave it to someone else for afternoon. They are only after money and customer service is not their concern. In a party of 100 people they gave only 5 staffs and we have to run pillar to post to get any work done. Please don't give them even half payment before your party is done although they'll insist on full payment. They will take bookings of several events on one single day without proper staffing. Why the hell are you taking so many bookings if you can't manage them in first place ?
Their room is so pathetic that Rats will tear your cloth even if you close your room door for 1-2 hr. We complaint for four continuous days that Room no 105 has rat but they did nothing about it.
Lastly if you want to lose your money please contact them or else there are many venues in civil lines which are much better than these cheaters.
