Overview: The Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre hosted an incredible night of classic rock with legendary bands Styx and Foreigner, along with special guest John Waite. The concert was part of their “Renegades & Juke Box Heroes” tour, which has been a massive hit across the country.

Styx Performance: Styx kicked off the evening with a high-energy set that had the crowd on their feet from the start. They performed a mix of their greatest hits, including “The Grand Illusion,” “Lady,” “Blue Collar Man (Long Nights),” and “Come Sail Away.” The band’s musicianship was top-notch, with impressive guitar solos and harmonies that showcased their enduring talent

Foreigner Performance: Foreigner followed with a powerful performance that kept the energy high. They delivered a set filled with their iconic hits like “Double Vision,” “Cold as Ice,” and “I Want to Know What Love Is.” The band’s tight performance and Kelly Hansen’s dynamic vocals made for a memorable experience. The inclusion of a local choir for “I Want to Know What Love Is” added a special touch to the evening

John Waite Performance: John Waite opened the show with a nostalgic set that included his hit “Missing You.” His performance was heartfelt and engaging, setting the perfect tone for the night. Waite’s voice was as strong as ever, and he connected well with the audience

Ambiance and Crowd: The Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre, with its spacious layout and excellent acoustics, provided the perfect setting for this concert. The crowd was enthusiastic and engaged, creating a lively atmosphere that enhanced the performances. The open-air venue allowed for a great view of the stage from all areas

Food: The pizza at the amphitheater was a pleasant surprise. It was delicious and well-prepared, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. Many concert-goers appreciated the quality of the food available at the venue.

The venue is fantastic for concerts. There are great views everywhere you sit. Additionally, there are a ton of food options if you're hungry. There are also more drink options than you can shake a stick at. I really enjoyed my time watching a rock concert at this venue. Even getting out at the end was really easy. They had certain interactions blocked off to help speed up traffic leaving the arena. We got it in no time!

When Live Nation offers 2 tickets for $50 ,you have to take advantage to see 2 classic rock bands..Styx and Foreigner.

Parking is free but expect to walk to the main entrance and it's a unpaved lot. You can pay for VIP parking but I really don't see the advantage.

If you arrive early and leave during the encore song,you will save yourself a lot of time and aggravation on leaving.

We did Pavilion seating which is covered but they do offer lawn seating as well.

Expect to pay inflated drink and food prices but that is pretty much the norm there days.

Sound is not bad as it really depends on the sound engineer .

All in all, a fun way to enjoy Classic Rock music on a summer night .

Great venue! Got tickets for lawn and had a blanket to sit on. JUST AN FYI - You can no longer bring your own chairs you can only rent ($20 per chair) them under the newer ownership. 24ounce Beers were $25 after tip. You can bring in a sealed water bottle and a clear one gallon bag of food, which I was shocked by, so that awesome.

The venue is great! I love how close the seats are to the stage. Only complaint is they need to do a better job on the security they hire. The security on my aisle did not know how to control the audience to not come to the front if they didn’t have a seat… I got up for a drink and when I was trying to get to my seat I was pushed and shoved by one of the securities because he purposely did not want to look at my ticket for which I had a seat upfront.

Went here for the Imagine Dragons concert. The venue is very nice, with covered seating and general admission on a grassy field. You can rent camp seats at the venue if you have lawn seats. We had covered seats. The concert sound was awesome, even in field seats I noted while returning from the bathroom. This venue is not cheap. The food and beverages are expensive . You can bring water in a sealed container with you. It was up to 1 gallon as of this review, but check the website before you go. Parking is FREE, but getting out of the lot was ridiculous as they have some volunteers trying to direct traffic. Police officers direct traffic once you get to the paved street. All in all, I would definitely see another concert here.

Great venue to see bands at! Horrible nickle and dime concession pricing. Charges for everything including lawn chairs if you want one. You're no longer allowed to bring your own either. Alcoholic drink prices are asinine. I spent $29+ on a beer and a water. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. Save your money on concessions and pregame at a bar prior or party at one after. They do offer a Yeti refill, wish Id known prior, and I believe your cup must be empty to gain access into the venue.
