This past Sunday I contacted K. O. Electric Inc. via email about my AC & heat thermostat was installed incorrectly, it was 1:30am when I forwarded the email and sure enough the owner ( Ken ) contacted me around 9am or so Sunday and I explained the situation to him. Ken asked for my home address via text, after confirmation of receiving my address, Ken texted me back with a window between 9am -10am for a technician to arrive. Technician showed @ 9am, he was very professional, kind, respectful and most of all very knowledgeable in his job.
This gentleman went over everything of what happened in the mix wiring and even explained the proper measurements for the filter required for my AC & heat system. Unfortunately that filter size is not made @ 16 1/2 left to right, I went straight to the store to find it., no luck. Anyway, it is so hard to find exceptional and impeccable service that I received, especially starting out coming from the owner. Thank you so much for your outstanding service and highly knowledgable staff. If you were asking for five stars, I would give 10 stars, well done Ken!!

I thought I was in BIG TROUBLE. Another electrician took off with my money and left with only a third of the work done. I thought it would be a HUGE challenge to find someone to clean up someone else’s mess and then I called KO. John the project manager showed up the next day and after some discussion gave me a price to finish the workshop. The price he quoted still allowed me to stay in budget so I accepted. John and Zach showed up on time and ready to work. John, project manager came by to be sure everyone was on the same page and the work began. As the guys were moving along at warp speed I received a visit from the owner of the company to make sure everything was going along as I expected. The work was completed on time, as promised and the quality of the work was just AMAZING! Even though this was a workshop, every wire and box was placed with care and with an emphasis on a professionally looking job. Sometimes things are not as clear cut on this type of job. These guys thought outside the box and found ways to deal with the unusual. They even went so far as to fabricate some parts on site. I am grateful to all of the team at KO and will never bother to call anyone else. Professional team putting out professional grade workmanship. Pleasant, professional and easy to work with.

I had a no air conditioning at 9pm and the temperature inside the home was over 90 degrees. I was unsure if it was the air conditioning unit or an electrical issue. I contacted Ken with K.O. Electric just after 9pm. Ken took my call, listened to my problem, tried to troubleshoot the issue, and ultimately decided to come out to the house early the next morning. Ken showed up at 8am, checked out my entire electrical line, from my breakers to the A/C unit, before he was able to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, I needed an entirely new Air Conditioning Unit. K.O. Electric's quote for a new install was below another quote I had and I decided to have them go ahead with the install. K.O. Electric installed my new air conditioning unit very quickly and even upgraded my thermostat, it is now WIFI enabled. The overall experience was excellent, professional, and I appreciate how personal the experience was. I was in a very difficult situation and K.O. Electric, Heating & Air Inc was there to help.
