Banquet hall by the sea. Ideal place for small & midsized gatherings for intimate weddings and other functions.

Attended a wedding event here, and it was an amazing experience. The place is beautiful, with great weather and a stunning beachside view. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout the event. However, parking can be a bit challenging, but luckily valet service is available to make things easier.

Overall, a lovely venue for special occasions!

What a beautiful beach-side villa!
That too with a pool.

Perfect place to host parties. ?

Food quality was great. Absolutely delicious veg and non veg dishes. ? ? ?
The bartenders did an amazing job with those cocktails ?

Most importantly great staff! Very polite and sincere.

The place was kept very clean as well.

I attended a wedding here. Beautiful location by the sea. It's open air setup so good from Nov to Feb maybe if it's in the morning time. Evening should be pleasant and breezy.

Kino Cottage is one of the best venues!

Same level sea view, Amazing food and Courteous staff! What more do you need!

The fantastic free flowing mock-tails, the super catering service, the feeling of relaxing on the lawn next to the sea, the sunset, the air conditioned interiors, is second to none! 10 out of 10! It was a memorable event and looking forward to visit/host here again!

Wonderful place for a wedding. Just one suggestion that they should put some soft cushion on the edges of the arches near the dance floor as it's made up of sharp rocks. I almost hurt myself while dancing.

Just in front of the shore, nice view whole day.
Enjoyed the function in the party area. Food quality is also good.

Nice place, approx 100 - 150 ppl can be accommodated in the ground floor venue. Ideal for parties, engagement ceremony, haldi ceremony etc.

Excellent place. A nice place to enjoy at almost beach. Work, party and enjoy. Ambiance is good. All arrangements are excellent. In the busy life of Mumbai, nice place to enjoy with work. Just walking away from beach. Food is good, wash room and interiors are amazing. Swimming pool, lawn, etc are beautifully designed.
