Kirk, What AMAZING service! Above and Beyond Expectation!

I will start off by saying when it comes to a mobile mechanic that does what they say they are going to do and sticks to their word. You have found the right person!

The starter had gone out in the vehicle (2014 Honda Civic) and was unable to start the vehicle anymore. I called a few places, but Kirk answered the phone right away. I explained we had already purchased the starter and needed it to be replaced. He quoted me a price and once we agreed he was onsite about an hour later!!!

Here is the service and above and beyond that everyone should pay attention to. This starter was in an extremely difficult spot. And after 8 hours of working and fighting it he completed the repairs. After which he did not ask for more money, simply he took the same price he quoted over the phone.

We will be referring Kirk to anyone in the Vancouver area who needs this amazing level of Customer Service and a mobile mechanic that gets the job done right!

Well done sir. We salute you!

He came and worked on our saturn and he did a awesome job. He knows what he is doing and we will call him again if we have any issues. We certainly recommend him.

I am adding a second review. We called him again in November and he came and charged us 150 dollars for diagnoses that it was our water pump which we thought was a bit much and said he would be back next day to fix it and would let us know how much it would be. Well next day we called him numerous times but no answer and then he finally called and said he would get back to us in a few minutes. Four hours later he called and said 350 dollars and we said ok. Had no choice. Well he never came but texted and said could he come next day at one and we said yes. Long story short he never came and we had to find a shop to do it for us and actually charged us less than he would have. Ask before hand how much he will charge for diagnoses and hope he comes. We were very disappointed because all was so great first time

Ditto on all the other reviews... AWESOME!! Kirk was my hero tonight! It was 10pm, new to the area, having a hectic day and I'm finally heading home and my RV won't start! He answered the phone, had an idea what was wrong and was there in less than an hour! It turned out to just be a bad connection..(could have inflated a problem) and he had it fixed up in 10 minutes! Nice guy, friendly, honest, affordable, just a great experience after a bad day! So pleased that I'm going to have him do some more work on the RV!! ? And a bonus, as someone that works 13 hour overnight shifts, having him work on my RV while I'm at work is beyond amazing!!

DON'T...judge a book by it's cover...Kirk did a solid job...went beyond his job to solve the problem...he went out of his way to help me...stand up good work on my 2016 Hyundai Accent brake job.....I am very organized...and was hesitant upon first seeing him....take the time to work with him...speak with him...and get to know him... thanks Kirk...you saved the day...truly grateful
