Nice is very good company BUT -
1. Teams are not good for Women employees
2. Never consider growth of Women employees
3. Very poor count of women employees in company
4. First they will give some benefits and make contract with you and sucks the growth till contract not over

I won't recommend Women's to join this male dominated company where no one bother of WOMEN EMPLOYEES

I had good experience is NICE. But now it's almost 2 years I am struggling with my PF transfer. It's really frustrating because PF office people are asking me to check with employer and employer is asking me to check with PF office. Raised soo many complaints visited both offices and everything I am being asked to submit some or other doc with no result at the end. 🙂 before nice I was in another company and they were able to help me with the transfer issues however NICE seems helpless for some reason.

Best place to work, no internal politics, getting work delivered is the main moto here and they really mean "employee career growth".
Office premise is good, parking is sufficiently available and well maintained.
Interior is soothing, not too fancy though.
Food courts available within NICE does not offer varieties yet its at reasonable pricing.
There are quite a few eateries (tapri) available outside the office with lots of options if you would like and good taste.
Overall I would say NICE is very NICE to work with.

Thus far I have no concerns in terms of work-life balance as well as pay.
This is one of those product based firms where you get both things side by side.
Don't miss out your chance when you get one.

Very good place. The security is really tight at the entrance of phase II. You better have an email or interview or appointment or vendor permission from the company/person you are going to visit or meet.
