BIGGEST FRAUD ALERT

I have just been to the odeum by prism By paying 4000 rs with cover for attending a musical concert ''Bismil ki mehfil"

1) They have not mentioned anywhere online that it is arranged in a smoking area

Every other person was smoking ,and the manager bluntly says that yeah it is entirely a smoking area ..

2) They managers were asking people to pay 30K for a table for a couple.

3) The mentioned show time was 8PM and till 10:30 PM no show was started.
People are just standing waiting for the singer to arrive.pathetic

If u wanted to earn money you could have sold the table in 10,000/- so that atleast people would have brought the table and then enjoyed

We went there today for a live show by Bismal, and it was a complete disaster. First of all, there were no chairs or tables, even though we paid 2000 per person plus another 2000 as cover charges. Instead of seating us, they made us stand in a cramped space meant for about 50 people, but they stuffed in nearly 200! The food was terrible, the venue was overcrowded, and despite the show being scheduled for 8:00 PM, it was already 10:30, and nothing had started yet. They clearly have no regard for their customers’ money or time. We couldn't bear the congestion and frustration, so we left before the performance even began. The entire experience was a scam—charging an outrageous amount for a table, and even a 50-rupee water bottle was sold for 140. A plate of chili potato was priced at 500! Never going back. This is the biggest fraud I've encountered.

We arrived at Odeum at Prism and paid 1500 for entry as a couple, plus another 1500 as cover charges, only to find there were no tables or chairs available. After buying a drink at an outrageous price…seven times the usual rate…we were told by the manager that a table would cost 20,000. This is nothing short of a rip-off. I’m never returning to this place to be robbed like this again. If anyone from management reads this, I hope you realize how you’re running this operation. If you want to charge such prices, be upfront…..sell tickets for 10,000 each so people can make an informed choice. Expecting guests to stand for 2-4 hours is absurd and disrespectful. We’re here to enjoy a concert, not endure this kind of treatment.

Odeum by Prism is a beautiful venue, perfect for all kinds of events. The modern design, great lighting, and sound make it a fantastic space for weddings, corporate events, or private parties.

The staff is very helpful and ensures everything goes smoothly. The food is delicious with lots of options, and the service is excellent.

Overall, it’s a great place with a lovely atmosphere and professional service. Highly recommended!

Food is good....but if you want to enjoy pub atmosphere, you won't be getting here. It's like music bar and do check the band which is going to be on the day you visit. I don't like telugu band , I went without checking and got disappointed.

Quite a nice place to attend for live band shows but the menu was ridiculously expensive, I understand its business but again there could be little reduction considering their menu varitey is not that vast as well. Otherwise good ambiance and good service
