Ope, it's a brewery! Happened to stop by on a members raffle day and it was extremely busy. This had 0 effect on waiting for service as we got drinks quickly and accurately.
Bar service was very friendly and attentive. Kat ,Patty, and Bob are amazing bar servers. They seemed understaffed for the event, but they managed well filling orders very quickly!
Beer names are hilarious and clever. Tried several types, and all were outstanding beers. Good selection of hop and mild beers. Sours are good too.

Great brewery that captures the essence of Wisconsin. The beer is good and the indoor/outdoor options are great. There's even outdoor volleyball courts and leagues. I love that dogs are allowed inside. They often have a taco truck open outside. My only complaint is that it's pretty pricey, even for craft beer.

Not only is there beer made in house but the staff make you feel so welcome and are super friendly! The food trucks outside make it the perfect spot! Lots of cute dogs, And if you ask nicely you might get a very cool brewery tour! Best spot it town!

Always a great time at Ope! It’s no brainer why it’s always busy.
Great staff: friendly, knowledgeable, respectful.
Great brews: an option for any sort of palate
Great food: food trucks visit this spot quite often and they always have the most delicious meals.
The venue is always clean, and perfectly maintained.
Great for family, friend groups, and dates. Doggy friendly.
Their swag is also very neat!

Absolutely great selection of tasty beers and delicious seltzers!! Something for everyone with cornhole, volleyball and disc golf, not to mention the live music on during the weekend. The patio is expansive and the outdoor bar is a welcome addition with the warmer weather! Bring your four-legged friends as they as dog friendly as well inside and out. Their bartenders bring the killer atmosphere up a notch and have great suggestions if you can't decide which one of their 16 taps to choose from! Always have Red's Taco truck hanging outside and rotating food trucks like Flour Girl & Flame and Tots on the street if you need something to munch on while you're there. When you're ready to leave grab a To-Go pack out of their fridges and continue to enjoy. Must check this place out!!

The looks on my dogs faces when they visit Ope! Says it all, pure joy. We love this brewery, it's is dog and family friendly, so no one has to stay home. Lots of places to socialize indoors or outdoor on the beautiful spacious patio. We love the fire tables for a crisp night in spring, summer or fall.
Now to the beer the Perfect Screwdriver Milkshake IPA is a dream! The orange flavor reminds me drinking a glass of fresh squeezed juice. My cousin who visits Ope! swears by their seltzers which I always taste test and agree they are on another level compared to seltzers you get at a store. The peach cobbler seltzer really tastes like peach cobbler, yum!
Ope! Is definitely a gem in West Allis and my fav brewery to hang at in the general Milwaukee area.

Great atmosphere and the beer and seltzer options are many. Bring your dog too. (Fave flavor is Can I Pet Your Dog?) Lots of fun events always on their calendar (bingo, music...) and food trucks also. We have always enjoyed our visits to Ope Brewing!

Decent place, especially after a Brewers game. Fair beer, dog friendly, good service, and food trucks. Live music stage and few bar games. Too bad they had to sue Minocqua Brewing instead of partnering over the Ope name.
