I signed up for a free trial after many, many emails from their sales department. When my free-trail generated zero leads, pestered clients that visited often (who emailed me concerned there were “phishing attempts” to their emails) I asked to cancel my trial by emailing the rep I had my initially worked with on April 1st & I received no response.

Upon an attempted charge by ReachAI May 1st, I contacted them again, attaching my April 1st request where I was told the only way to cancel is through logging onto the website, and that they would not refund—with no acknowledgment of the initial request.

I do not recommend using ReachAI due to lack of ROI as well as poor customer service.

It’s unfortunate when a company is so communicative to get you onboard and unreachable to their existing costumers.

I started using ReachAI three months ago. Support to get set up was great and I also had a very easy time scheduling a follow up meeting to review my performance. The system has been working well for me and they gave me some great advise on how to improve it's effectiveness, going forward.

We used Reach for a few years, and it was a great tool to reactivate lost clients. I do wish they had a better contact dept and also a sales team that would help small businesses maximized the platform...could be super powerful with more support.

My experience with the software wasn't the best. I was willing to give it a try and only a few appointments were booked, less that 5 in one month. So I decided not to continue with the service because that's way too few bookings to justify the cost of the service. I reached out to my salesperson to find out how to cancel and conveniently, he did not respond until it was time to charge me for the next month. He said I needed to speak to the accounting department to get a refund and I had to email them to speak to someone, that's the only option they offered. No one ever got back to me about giving me a refund. I've tried to call repeatedly and no one answers at all. I've sent emails to my original sales rep stating how unhappy I was to be completely ignored and there's no response. I cannot recommend this company at all. Their business model seems to be to hound you until you sign up then ignore you so they can charge you for a month or two. There are far better services out there to help increase your bookings. Don't use this one.

I’ve been going here for over two years and look forward to each appointment. Peggy is a talented stylist and colorist who knows just what my hair needs. The atmosphere in the salon is relaxing and welcoming and I leave each time truly feeling revived and refreshed.

this is a terrible company to work with. You cannot call and speak to someone about your account, you have to schedule a call and wait for a convenient time for them to call you back for a meeting. If you have billing question, you have to email the billing department and wait for someone to reply. I have been waiting for over a week and still no reply. I was also told I would get a follow up email from the representative I spoke to 3 weeks ago and he has not followed up. When I emailed him regarding this issue, he gaslit me and blamed my email but did not address my question. That was it, no answer except to say my email was not working. My email works just fine. This company is so ridiculous and inconvenient, I bet if I contact sales I will get a call back in minutes! As a busy professional, I don't have time to chase billing and they bank on that, they make it as time consuming and inconvenient to get help in hopes that you give up.
They billed me 3 months of service but did not send out one single marketing text or email to my customers. Instead of taking accountability for that, they blamed Booker. This is a company that makes big promises but doesn't have the capabilities to come through. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!

Total scam of a company. Sales person Brad promises you the world when signing up. Not one added customer and always finding an excuse. When wanting to cancel they point fingers to one another, email support, call John. At the end have an audacity to call a client a liar knowing they are just scam artists! BE AWARE!

Plus their response to me is a complete lie the few times I was able to speak with them they promised a refund and at the end they still charged me. As I said before BE AWARE!
