I went here for the first time ever to see Crowded House. Let me start by saying I love concerts and have been to hundreds of venues. This one will stand out to me as one of the best. The parking situation was effortless and easy to get in and out of.
The venue looks brand new. A gentleman that works there said it's been open at least 11 years. It's extremely clean and is set up very efficiently. It's a large pavilion (think Blossom, but a bit smaller) minus the lawn but with fantastic acoustics and even the seats furthest back would have excellent views of the stage. Giant fans in the ceiling part helped a ton with circulation. It was pretty hot that night. The area around it is landscaped beautifully and is just spotless. All the employees I encountered were beyond nice. You can bring in sealed water bottles, which is nice. I would travel the 3 hours it took me to get there anytime to see shows there.
Was in my car and on the road in no time after the show, which is huge. Lots of pavilions, you're stuck in traffic lines forever. These guys run a great place! HIGHLY recommend!

My first experience at Rose Music Center at The Heights was for Lindsey Sterling, Walk off the Earth, and Nya. The show was amazing and the venue was very nice! I like that the parking isn't a long walk away, getting in and out was easy, and it seemed no matter where your seats were the view of the stage was still good. I really enjoyed my time here. Only complaint (if you can even call it that) is that for a plus size girl with short legs, the seat put my legs to sleep ? but I'll survive!

First time here. Was here to see 311 and I have to say very impressed with the venue! It’s in a great location surrounded by trees, warped wing is right next door! I loved the entry area. Very open. Plenty of vendors. The prices weren’t super steep. I liked the water filling stations and not having to give up a kidney to have a drink of water. The venue itself is small enough to be able to see the stage well. We have pit tix so we were able to get up there. Good vibes throughout.

Super nice outdoor venue with overhead protection from the sun and rain. The staff was all pretty friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were super clean and easy to find. They had water refilling stations for free and misters in case you got too toasty. I didn't see any food there but I didn't really look much for food since I didn't need any. It's a nice smaller venue that allows everyone a good view of the stage.

This was a first time at Rose and were very impressed. Having passed by it on I-70 a number of times, we were waiting for the right show. This is a smaller venue - I don't think you can get more than 100 feet from the stage. Our seats were about 10 rows from the back and had an excellent, unobstructed view.

Easy in and out, excellent grounds staff, great concessions - not "stadium food" but local restaurants with good eats. The entire seating area is covered, a a fairly wicked storm came through the night we were there and we did not even feel a drop (though some places along stage left got wet).

Can't say enough good about it, can't wait to go back.

Great little venue. +/- 4k seats , all covered ( no lawn). Easy in & out ( from east or west) Parking is included. Every staff/crew I’ve interacted with is professional & generally happy to help. They all seem to really want to be there ( which is rare). Great concessions with decent prices. Currently my favorite outdoor venue to see live music. 1 hour drive from Columbus. MEMI, the management company, knows what they’re doing.

Amazing venue! Small and all seats are covered so no need to worry about the weather during the show. Only issue is the Merch booth long baracaded line resembling an amusement park waiting line. Maybe putting in another one would help with this. Other than that it's a great place to see a show!

Lovely, intimate covered arena. Great acoustics and fun bands. Concessions include a variety of decent fare (pizza, chicken tenders, metts/brats) and beverages, alcoholic and non. Even in hotter weather, it's a nice experience.
