Stunning, elegant venue! It’s amazing to imagine all the shows and events that have taken place here over the past 100 years and get to experience one yourself. Visited for the first time to see Aurora in concert, it was a spiritual experience that I will remember forever. Beautiful experience aesthetically, musically, the venue was comfortable, staff kind, bag check smooth, and parking easy—the perfect night! Would definitely return to a show here in the future.

I had a great first experience at the Shrine. It was for a rave, the sound was amazing, the visuals behind the dj were great. Venue had plenty of restrooms and bartenders were very polite and patient. I'll come back again for similar artists.

It's a big venue, I think it holds 8,000+ so depending on the show it can feel really massive. I prefer smaller venues, but they get big artists so that's fun.

This haunted venue is one of the best. Ryan Jesse and Dan are the most pro people you’ve ever met. Dom was cool but he’s a bartender in Beverly Hills now. Making real dough. Ryan sheds on the guitar like a cheese grater against a chunk of hard cheese. He’s the man. Pro tip. Do not order the pizza here it tastes like they use catchup for the sauce otherwise. Go ham. And by ham I mean go for the hot dog which is a safe bet. The hot dog, is always the safe bet.

Everytime I've gone to a show here, I can hardly breath. So stuffy and humid and the ventilation system is the worst. I always end up being upstairs cause that's where I feel some air. The view up there is decent but it would be nice to be in front of the stage without feeling like I'ma faint. (Literally saw a few people faint at the show I went to last night and so many guys were shirtless)
Overall, It was very very gross in there.

Also, sound was so boomy and all lows and no highs. Doesn't do the artists any justice.

Parking is fine. Either $20 at the lot or street parking. The venue itself looks pretty cool. Drinks were pricier than most other venues but they were strong at least.

I have another show there next week though so might update if anything changes.

Update: saw the show the week after....venue still not so good

Helpful and nice staff who wanted to be there (which is rare in some venues). Great venue for a show, easy paid parking around the corner on 32nd, and entrance seemed disabled friendly. Toilets require stairs or a lift.
