Lovely venue. It was very clean, well decorated, the sound quality was great, and there were plenty of bars and staff so the lines were never long. The top was guarded and you had to have a wristband to get up there which I appreciated. The staff was mostly nice with one exception. As per literally every show I’ve ever been to, I stood up when the headliner came on. That’s what people do. Two songs later and a staff member came and told me I wasn’t allowed to stand in the balcony even though there were other people (with seats) standing all over the balcony. Front rows included. There’s nothing on the website that says you can’t stand in the balcony. No signs that say you can’t. It was super off putting and took away from the good vibes of the show. I probably should have just ignored him, but didn’t want to get kicked out or anything.

Fantastic concert venue! Super spacious, well staffed, and the food and drink options are really good. We saw Remi Wolf here and the sound was fantastic. We did have problems seeing at some points but that seems nearly unavoidable at concerts.

This was the best trip I have ever taken. I live in Vermont and driving to Philly was kicks**. The @findingflecter concert was the best. I wish I got a picture of the chandelier it's beautiful.

Had a great time at this venue seeing "The Red Clay Strays" w/ "The Glorious Sons" opening! We came early to get in line so we could get a good spot on the floor. The people working at the venue were friendly enough(with exceptions), but hey, it's Philly so you already know. Given the opportunity, I would get a seat in the balcony up front. That is a great view and I'm getting to the age that a seat would have been nice!

Awesome experience, lots of parking, very clean staff is friendly. Full bars and coat check(that checked merch as well which is AMAZING) Muaic is loud and sounds great no matter where you're hanging out. But holy shit it's freezing in there.

Gorgeous venue, efficient entry and I felt very safe after the very thorough bag-check (even for my tiny fanny-pack). I had tickets for standing room/1st floor. It was fine for the openers but before the headliner came on the AC was turned off as masses of people piled in - it was way too packed and too hot - we had to leave early because of just how many people were there.

Great little venue. Went twice, once to see Cannibal Corpse and Amon Amarth, and again to see Black Beil Brides and Dark Divine. This venue's enjoyability highly depends on what acts you're seeing. When I saw the former, I loved it. It flowed well, staff was friendly, and I had fun. But when I went the latter time, the layout was different. The bars were separate, and you couldn't even walk through them without an ID. It made it so much worse to traverse. The area surrounding the venue was... also not the best. Dirty, and surrounded by casinos. Didn't really feel good leaving my car out in the street, and that's not a good feeling to have.
