As a wedding planner and coordinator who often gets to work at The Mulberry, I can attest that the venue and team there are nothing short of amazing!

Their venue manager, Billie, goes beyond the extra mile to both maintain the beauty of the venue but to ensure that the couple has everything to bring their dream wedding to life. She's the first one to always encourage the vendors who work there to remember they're a part of a team and that no matter who's "job it is" when we're here for a couple we all step up and make it happen.

From early mornings with the bridal cottage access to the very last guest leaving and even many hours after or before to make the venue perfect, she's there for anything that anyone needs. Billie truly is the heart of The Mulberry and makes it even more special to work at an already stunning venue!

We had an absolutely magical wedding at the Mulberry. Everything exceeded our expectations! Billie the manager on site is phenomenal. She made us feel like a king and queen. She doesn’t mess around, that woman is amazing at her job and you can tell she loves what she does. She advocates for you and makes sure you are happy. My husband and I had our first real interaction at New Smyrna Beach, even though we met in college! So, New Smyrna had such a special place in our hearts, and it's a hidden gem in Florida. All of our guests loved the area. When we first visited The Mulberry, I loved envisioning a new spin on it. I wanted an Old Hollywood wedding, but the barn fit my husband and his Nashville Roots. We took both ideas and came up with a romantic night under lights. We rotated our seating chart from it's normal setting we've seen and made it our own. Adding unique chairs, and our lighting structure took it to the next level. None of it would've been possible without my vendors and Billie from The Mulberry, she was so supportive of our vision and worked so hard to help us making some unique changes! She also will guard your wedding completely, all to make sure you're happy, safe, and the venue stays in perfect condition. I loved how tucked away it all was too. Thank you for everything!

As bride of yesterday’s wedding, my now husband and I loved this venue!!! BEST VENUE EVER! Also, I would love to acknowledge Billy!! She is the site manager and the absolute best!!! She was extremely helpful before the wedding for so many questions and provided items we could use for the wedding. She was also running around doing so many helpful things during the day itself. So grateful for Billy and for the Mulberry!! It was the perfect day.

Beautiful wedding venue in New Smyrna Beach. I attended my stepdaughters wedding on 11/15/24.
Can accommodate 150+ people (call to verify). Very accommodating outdoor wedding place. With a good size reception hall. I recommend, recommend, recommend! We were not allowed to take photos of the wedding. That’s why I have no photos to upload.

More than we imagined... beautiful venue and outstanding staff.
Our daughter and son-in-law's wedding was perfect. The venue is perfectly laid out with a beautiful tree-lined outdoor ceremony areas (with Spanish moss), covered outdoor bar, long fire pit, and romantic indoor dining/dance area. The separate bridal suite and men's pre-wedding room reflected careful consideration of everything needed to make a special wedding celebration.

The staff was very supportive and professional. Their responsiveness and polite attitudes reflect valuable experience and training. Billie was particularly helpful and worked with the wedding planner seamlessly.

I highly recommend the Mulberry Inn at New Smyrna Beach to anyone looking for an exceptional value and memorable experience.

My sister and brother in law got married at the Mulberry this past weekend! The venue was gorgeous. The space was perfect for all the guests and the grounds were just gorgeous! You can tell that a lot of love and effort go into making this spot the beautiful space it is. The landscaping surrounding the venue was lush and the flowers were in full bloom. The bridal cottage was spacious and perfect for all of us to spend the day prepping and having fun before the wedding.

I would also like to give a shout out to Billy, the property manager. She was wonderful! She was there all day making sure everything was perfect. She even showed us the huge mulberry bush with tons of berries on it! We got to try some and take some back to the bridal party so that they could try them too. I had never had a mulberry and they were delicious. It was a wonderful addition to the perfect day.

Billie in particular is incredible - from making sure everything was stocked throughout the night to running back and forth for small one-off asks, Billie made sure there was nothing left undone.
