Cool local music venue. Don't let the dark exterior keep you from coming in. I have never seen a show here, but they are also home to a ghost kitchen called Crunchwerks that serves crunch wraps, tacos, ect that you can order and eat at the venue's bar. They have multiple vegan options, including delicious vegan queso dip so it's good for mixed groups. The owner was behind the bar when I was there last and he was very friendly. Highly recommend.

I went here to check out the band Flicker // Fade, and tho the venue is small the sound was not. I am not sure whether the band or the venue was in charge of the audio engineering, however the mix level was super solid! No one part of the audio band was overpowering another, meaning the sound was super clear. It is rare to hear C.D. quality audio in a venue so small. It is really easy to end up with an overly "muddy" sound in that kind of environment, however it was super crisp and present in all aspects. Each instrument had an equal presence in the mix, and I didn't once hear mic feedback!
There were only two bartenders, however they never seemed like they were in a hole at all! Drinks flowed out steadily and wait times were low. They were on point with working the whole bar and making sure patrons were served quickly! This was at a sold out show I might add! All in all the experience was more than I expected in all ways possible. This is a strong 4.5 stars, if there were more lights or lasers it would have got a solid 5! This is definitely a place that knows what it is doing, and I wouldn't hesitate to go again..... Also it was extremely reasonably priced as well!!! Like "shooting yourself in the foot" kinda prices! If you like live music and responsive staff, definitely check them out!

This is the best small grundy/heady venue in Columbus. Easy parking, amazing booking(small shows), and good bar service/food. Easy access in a chill neighborhood in Old North.

Crunchwerks happy hour 3-6, can’t beat it.

Great music bar in Clintonville with full bottles of wine and great food to order from next door restaurant-Crunchwerks. Really enjoyed listening to The Had Babbits. Sunday Funday jazz & brunch by Crunchwerks is a good time!!!

Excellent dive with a blend of private tables and general seating/standing area. Patrons seem to especially like the patio furniture. Friendly bartenders providing great service with a solid lineup of local music! ?

I hear there's food now, and it's totally worth trying but I didn't personally have the chance! Next time for sure! ?

Moved in a few blocks down the street. Trey & Sam both are fantastic bartenders. Trey was extra nice to my friend and I last night, thanks again!! Will be back soon, new fav place in neighborhood ?

Was in for a Weird Wednesday. It had been a while. The room sounds great. Several of my friends had drinks off of the cocktail menu. Everyone reported they were good. I did eat. I did a build your own bowl. The food menu has an elevated chipotle kinda vibe. So it was easy for me to put something together that was gluten free. I enjoyed it. Bathrooms were clean for a rock club. Excellent experience all around.
