Really great place to see live music. Small enough that you feel close to the performers but large enough where I did not feel to crowded even though I know the show was sold out.

First time going to water street. Really nice venue! Beers were reasonably priced!
They Had a little hiccup with the sound at one point. But after that the sound was really good ! They had an upstairs balcony that you could also buy tickets for and look over the show.

I had the pleasure of going to Water Street Music Hall with Sophistafunk and was giving a tour before the show and oh my it was such a wonderful venue with 2 stages and 2nd level floor that can see both stages and an amazing green room for the bands. A fun place to catch live music in a safe environment.

I went to see Sevendust there tonight. The ventilation was very poor and it was hot as blazes in there. On top of that, there was an odor of sewage in the air. My friend bought 4 drinks and it cost him $92. This place is a dump. You're better off staying home.

Haven't been here in about a decade but it's still a great place for music shows. Sound quality is still in affect. I don't drink anymore so I don't know if the bartenders handled their business but the Sean Paul concert was as good as can be for a small music hall.

Was here for a smaller show a while back that was great but I tried going to see Sevendust last night and when I went to buy tickets at the door it was cash only, no ATM and the guy behind the counter missing quite a few teeth said "Yeah my square isn't working..."

They didn't give me any choice or option other than to leave and find cash elsewhere. Disappointed with the inability to see the show and the rudeness of the staff at the ticket area.

Emailed the venue a week before going to see one of my favorite artists asking about a meet and greet. They told me there was no meet and greet for the event.

Day of the show I get an email of what I need to know for the show, oh and that there is a meet and greet, but it is now sold out. Pretty frustrating.

At the actual show the sound was muddled, but fine. Drinks and their prices are saving this score.

After the show, despite the artist DJ saying we'd be able to buy m&g tickets if we didn't have any--security took this moment to be rude, and pretty much force everyone out before we could even inquire about the additional m&g. It sucked.

They advertised artist time incorrectly but once you pay and get in you will see different schedule with at least 2 hours difference which is disrespectful of people’s time.

No food and once you get in you can’t go out because they enforced no re-entry policy, but at least you can plan this ahead of time if they setup their schedule right.

Absolutely not coming back, save your time and money.
