My friend and I came to the Seether/Skillet show with also Royal Lynn and Tom Holland. The first item up for bid is the parking and it needs some work since it's all over the place. The location is not the most ideal for this since it's off of Main St. and the feeder road for I-45. For the property owners who own vacant lots around the venue, it's great and prices range from $10 to $40 - of course depending on how far your willing to walk but you may not have much of a choice if you don't get there early. For the venue itself, it's decently sized and there are three areas to watch from (or four). There's the general admission with standing room only in front of the stage and several bar booths to the left - then there's the VIP. One is in a covered patio area upstairs facing the stage which have their own bars. But again, if you don't get there early, you'll lose out on the limited seats at the front of the balcony and will have to stand behind these in an open area or on an elevated platform. There's a second VIP that has tables (only available for purchase with four to a table) to the left of the stage, and a waiter provides service for drinks. Then in the center, I think there is one more VIP that is basically large wooden structures that can sit a small group and a bar for them. There are two food trucks at the venue that was decent, but I didn't partake of. The restrooms were good sized and clean (two of them) but one of them is for VIP. I didn't particularly like the set up for concert tee's as there was only one with a winding line that was long for much of the shows, so it took a while to get some merch. Lastly, I felt the sound was a little bit diminished, sort of muffled in some ways, but loud enough to still enjoy the music. Luckily, when went on a day that was cool and breezy. Of course, the bands were great and the music was awesome.

Great venue. Would recommend. I would also recommend getting comfortable shoes with memory foam. That floor is brutal. Thanks for everything!
They gave us water bottles as we waited in line (95 degree weather for over an hour for some of us) so that was really thoughtful! Highly recommend!

Had a great time touring the White Oak Music Hall with Katie. She was very patient and thorough with us, answering all our questions. She kept the conversations very natural and genuine. We visited all the floors, rooms, and spaces with her vividly explaining what happens in each from not only musicals and concerts but also weddings and birthday celebrations. I highly recommend scheduling a White Oak Music Hall tour to see where you and your upcoming event fits in.

Went to see The Rare occasions, and it was amazing! The sound was so good that you could feel it in your chest! Lighting was amazing and definitely added to the feel! Had a great time with friends and would go again for another concert!

I've had nothing but good experiences with the venue and staff alike. However, i can only speak about the venue downstairs and upstairs.
I've attended events, mostly concerts, and they have been very accomodating with designated ADA spaces and making sure people aren't utilizing the space if they aren't ADA.
I've usually email them in advance, but once i didn't and was same day acomodations and they still managed to fit me in.
Parking lots are surrounding the venue. Handicap usually parks free, just make sure you check the event.
Overall great venue.

Staff was nice and efficient. I was impressed when a minor medical emergency happened. Responded quickly and got the show going again once they made sure the person was OK.

Sound was great and so was the proximity to the bands for an indoor show.

Parking not bad and almost 30 but didn't feel too sketchy.

Ill come back now that I know this place exists.

White Oak is a fantastic outdoor venue! It's quite convenient to access, but the parking can be quite challenging. We also found it a bit tricky to catch an Uber, as we had to walk 12 blocks to find one. Despite that, the venue itself was wonderful!

First time attending a lawn concert at White Oak. Great sound all around, great views from anywhere, lots of room.
There are food trucks inside the venue, which is super convenient as there are no restaurants nearby. that is the good.
The bad, not enough parking. We had to park 1/2 mile away and walk to the venue. Make sure you get there early lines do get long to get in.
Other than that we had a great time.
You can see downtown from the lawn.
